Hello there, internet! It's been a while.

Yeah, sorry about that. I'm sure by now you've come to expect it of me to randomly disappear for days, weeks, months at a time, but hey, I'm back again, again, again! You may be wondering what that big number at the top of this text is all about. Well hey, guess what? This is the 100th post on the Cyclone blog! So, I'd like to take this time to firstly apologize for my absence, and to also thank every single one of you that's helped us along the way, and to the wonderful team that's been with us from the start. Cyclone wouldn't be what it is without you.

On the topic of the team, we are completely revamping it. A lot of less-active riders, and some that have completely disappeared, are being removed, and a new list will be able to view on the "Team" page shortly. We are always eager and looking for new riders out there, so we'll keep our eyes peeled!

Let's have a quick look at Cyclone history, shall we?

2008 - Cyclone is formed by Harry Yeates and Tom Yung as a fingerboarding company.
2009 - The Cyclone webshop opens, selling cabinet handles called "rails" and skategrip called "fingerboard tape." I've regretted the webshop ever since. (Look at the old webshop HERE!).
2009 - The Cyclone webshop closes down after only 2 orders were made, both by the same person. Tom Yung leaves the company.
2009 - The first ever Cyclone "Syndrome" is held in July as a private event at Harry's house for local teamriders.
2010 - Cyclone is transformed into a media team. The first official Cyclone Media website is created. (The website was deleted in 2012)
2010 - The second Cyclone "Syndrome" event is held, now open to the public. (Watch the event HERE!)
2011 - The brand new Cyclone Media website launches, with a snazzy new look, and promising daily updates and content directly from our media team. (See it HERE!)
2011 - Cyclone's third "Syndrome" event is held in February, with a huge turnout. (Watch it HERE!)
2012 - The brand new Cyclone Media website launches. You're on it right now!
2012 - Cyclones fourth "Syndrome" event is delayed.
2013 - Rumours surface about Cyclone's fourth event. Negotiations get underway...

CS4 - May 2013 (?)

I hope you enjoyed that brief slice of Cyclone history, I know I did! Well folks, after numerous messages and being asked at every single meetup or chat, I can now let you know a bit about CS4. First things first, It's no longer Cyclone "Syndrome", and it's simply "Cyclone 4", or "CS4" as a nickname. Nobody ever called it the full name anyway, so we're sticking with what the people want. I've talked it over with the venue, and we're looking at May 2013 for CS4. But I'm not confirming anything. We'll see, but I'm trying my best!
