So, this is where I was this weekend! For those of you unaware, Crossed Fingers 2 (the second official UK championship, run by UniteFB mastermind Kerry Williams), was held on the 31st! And it was an amazing weekend. A roadtrip down to Bristol with a few of my favourite friends in the world, staying in the flat of the UK beast himself (Kezza), and then hanging out with some awesome people at an awesome event. Beautiful.
It really was an amazing time, and Euan's video really captures the true vibes that were felt throughout the whole weekend... Well, especially by the little northern crew! It was such fun. It's always exciting to see a new video pop up from Danny Hynam, after all it is a rare event! But 2 new videos within a month? Insane. And this video is insaner than that - a montage featuring 2 amazing riders! Watch this right now, it's absolutely incredibly. However, it has recently been argued that this is a false god of a beard, as one Danny Hynam has stepped forth! One beard to rule them all... Elias + Mike = Cut Pocket Winkler Sesh
Although many out there like to say "ugh, I hate Mike" etc. and hate him for his popularity, most of the people that say they hate are in fact subscribed to him. Sure, you can hate on him for the fact that he used to never ever interract with his subscribers or fans, but I believe Mike's really changed over the past year, began making videos asking subscribers what they want, communicating with them more, and overall I just think he's a lovely guy. As for Elias, well. One of the best fingerboarders in the world, in my eyes. And many other eyes for that matter! Now I've known these guys for years, and I know they're funny, but this had me truly in tears. At one point my Mum actually walked in and thought I was dying. Now here's an unfamiliar face that's begging to be recognized! David Smith kills it in this "brand new" mini (although, technically, It's from 2009!), but damn, I still love his style so much. Some really awesome stuff in this little mini, and I'll say it again, that style, woof woof! You may know him for his excellent rails, but you probably won't know him for his actual fingerboarding. Now you do! Be sure to subscribe to David!

I know this video might not be up your street, but I thought I'd share it, as it genuinely caught my eye as an incredibly interesting edit! I have to admit, I do love Will's style, and he's also a great guy! Met him a couple of times at meetups. It would be nice to have seen a little bit more of tricks in this video, and maybe if it was a little longer, but the editing is actually really interesting! Check it out, and subscribe to Will!

I've been along time Brody fan, and after he'd disappeared for awhile presumably skateboarding, we all thought he'd given up on fingerboarding. Far from it! He's back, and he's banging. FlatFace Christmas Montage 2012

Go Fingerboarding Day - Compilation

Lance Mountain's Coffee Tables
If you've read fingerboarder magazine, or looked into the history of fingerboarding, the name Lance Mountain will have come up a few times. The unofficial father / creator of fingerboarding is showing off some rather interesting "coffee tables"... Replicas of world famous skateboarding bowls! And my god, they're beautifully crafted pieces of art! If only he would start selling these, I'd kill to get my hands on one! Check them out, some beautiful works of art here. Mike Meets Chydo

So I just finished watching the latest video from FlatFace mastermind and fingerboarding role-model Mike Schneider, and I just had to share this with all of you. Mike travelled all the way to the Netherlands to meet a boy called Chydo, and from what I've seen and heard, really made his day! This was such a nice act from Mike, to go out of his way with how busy he is to go and meet an awesome little kidda like Chydo. Props to Mike, and some really techy McInally-style shuvs from Chydo! Give it a watch, y'all!

Attatchments

What do you get when you get the UK's best fingerboarder, add on a couple of other UK beasts, and then top it off with a Fast Fingers judge? You get "Attatchments", a montage by Thom McInally! So I was in a Skype group chat with these guys last night, when Thom said he had filmed a few clips on his desk, and asked if anyone else wanted to join in. I was stoked by the offer, and immediately went to film, when I realized my brother had taken both my SD card, and my SD card reader. Bummer! Missed a great opportunity. But not to worry, because the beautiful Tom Colbert, and the handsome Danny Hynam were there. And heck, Thom managed to make Danny film, which means Thom can do anything! And props to Tjorven Lietze (Onkel Urban), shredding it up in his clips as well! So me and Xi didn't get a chance to get our footage to Thom, but nonetheless, this is an excellent minitage, check it out, and subscribe to each of them! Do it, like, right now!

Who's there? It's Thom McInally! The UK's very own bearded beast, and yellowood teamrider, back with a little mini after a shit ton of uni work! It always gets me giddy whenever I see a new upload from Thom, you know no matter how short it might be, or whatever the case, It will still be amazing. And trust me, this video is more than amazing. Busting out some insanely crazy tricks, like some of his seemingly signature 360shuvs, and now introducing the NOLLIE 3-shuv, something I've never seen anyone do on a fingerboard!
